Scott brings over 30 years' experience in helping organisations transform performance and achieve measurable commercial outcomes. His approach centres on understanding your counterpart – client, colleague or stakeholder – as the foundation for compelling communication and successful outcomes, and the premise that changing the way we think supersedes the use of new skills or tools. He has worked with Fortune 500 financial services, technology, pharmaceutical and professional services firms across Australia, Asia, Europe, and North and South America.

Scott's career includes 16 years at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he conceived and built the Corporate and Investment Bank's sales enablement group from the ground up. Under his leadership, the team grew to 50 professionals in five global locations, supporting more than $2B in annual revenue across 100 markets. His multi-discipline, distributed operating model became the industry benchmark, setting new standards for quality, efficiency and effectiveness in investment banking sales operations.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Scott was a principal consultant at RogenSi, partnering with global clients to develop skills, strategies and tools for high-stakes communication, negotiations and business growth. He also founded Connect & Compel in 2023, delivering transformational consulting and coaching programs worldwide, before returning to Australia in 2025.
